Huntingdon PA Wedding Photography – Liz and Shawn

Liz and Shawn were married August 22 at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Huntingdon, PA. After a beautiful ceremony, we headed to Lake Raystown for some photos along the water. Liz took us to a beautiful spot with a long dock reaching out into the water. The weather was a photographers dream – slightly overcast, not too hot, and the sun low in the sky.
We made one more stop before heading to Lake Raystown Resort – Liz wanted a shot of the wedding party in the woods. After some searching, we managed to find a spot with a rock outcrop not too far from the road. Liz and the bridesmaids had a little trouble navigating through the woods in their heels, but we ended up with some great shots and no twisted ankles!
Lake Raystown Resort is a great place for a reception, and Liz and Shawn seemed to enjoy every minute of it. The cutting of the cake was quite a spectacle – the civility didn’t last long as they both happily smeared cake into each others faces (Shawn got the worst of it!). Thanks, Liz and Shawn, for having us as your photographers – we enjoyed every minute of it!
